Ale Bonilla has been in the film & photo industry since 1997. Falling in love with 35mm film as a projectionist for AMC handling Sundance film festivals build up and tear down. He also spent time in the dark room during college processing film from his Pantex K1000 fully manual camera. After college he completed cosmetology school & dominated the hair industry. Within his first decade behind the chair, he opened 5 DFW salons, traveled North America as an educator teaching on stage in front of thousands, provided hair services for top fashion designers for NYFW, and been featured & published a dozen magazines for his art.
He has also provided video education for the state of TX for the Ogle schools of cosmetology as talent & director, been featured on a countless commercials and cameos on reality TV, level 5 Improv alumni with Four Day weekend and most recently providing commercial work as a producer & Director of Photography. He is known to do about any position on a film set as he belives it’s never about one role but the ending completed concept being the true star.
